Head of Exhibitor Sales Job Description

ESP Recruitment London (Events) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Exhibitor Sales to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue through effective management and motivation of a sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Financial Delivery: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets, including proactive campaign management and cross-selling of products and services.
  • Business Development: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to build show/event specific campaigns and targets, and lead the team to deliver them.
  • Account Management and Administration: Manage relationships with customer groups, ensuring all records are accurately maintained.
  • Client Liaison and Satisfaction: Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to achieve an excellent customer experience, and develop relationships with all customers to deliver exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a fast-paced, high-pressure sales environment.
  • Passion for selling and customer service.
  • Experience in leading a team and driving sales growth.
  • Sound commercial understanding and ability to influence and negotiate.
  • Understanding of ecommerce and its efficiency/commerciality.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
