As a key member of our kitchen team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that every meal is a delightful experience for our families.
The Role
As our new Hospice Kitchen Assistant, you will work closely with our experienced team to prepare and serve high-quality, home-cooked meals and snacks for children and families. This is an excellent opportunity to bring your skills and enthusiasm to a dynamic environment where every day is different.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in preparing and serving nutritious meals and snacks for children and families
* Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment, adhering to strict food safety standards
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
* 1+ years' experience in a professional kitchen setting
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Basic Food Hygiene Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
* Catering qualification desirable
