Role Overview
Nuffield Health is seeking a motivated and caring Fitness Professional to join our team at our Ilford club. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality inductions, Personal Best programmes, group and personal training sessions, and general gym duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with and motivate members to reach their fitness goals and maintain a healthier lifestyle
- Deliver a range of sessions and consultations, including Personal Best programmes and group training sessions
- Carry out inductions and provide excellent customer service
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
- Continuously develop and improve skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional results

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have achieved REPs Level 3 or CIMSPA Practitioner (or above) and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also need to be confident, outgoing, and approachable, with a passion for delivering exceptional results.
