Fitness and Wellbeing Director

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fitness and Wellbeing Manager to join our team at Nuffield Health. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our fitness and wellbeing operations, driving business growth, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of fitness professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality programming.
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth, improve customer engagement, and enhance our market position.
- Oversee the management of our fitness studios, swim school, and nutritional therapy services, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences.
- Design and deliver fitness programs, workshops, and events that meet the needs of our diverse customer base.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that promote our services and drive customer acquisition.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior management role within the fitness and wellbeing industry.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Ability to think strategically, with a focus on business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Relevant qualifications and certifications, such as REPs Level 3 or CIMSPA Practitioner level.
