About the Role
Nuffield Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fitness and Wellbeing Manager to join our team at the Ilford Fitness & Wellbeing Club. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and managing our fitness and wellbeing services, including our swim school, nutritional therapy, and fitness studios.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the fitness and wellbeing team to deliver high-quality services and achieve business targets.
- Develop and implement fitness programmes for groups and individuals, including studio classes and personal training.
- Oversee the management of our swim school, nutritional therapy, and fitness studios, ensuring excellent customer service and high standards of quality.
- Drive revenue growth through effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve business objectives and improve site standards.
- Develop and support your team to achieve ambitious targets and improve performance.
