We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fitness and Wellbeing Manager to join our team at Nuffield Health Ilford Fitness & Wellbeing Club. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our fitness and wellbeing services, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
About the Role
As a Fitness and Wellbeing Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leading our fitness and wellbeing services, including personal training, group classes, and swim school
- Developing and implementing fitness programs to meet the needs of our members
- Managing a team of fitness professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Driving revenue growth through sales and marketing initiatives
- Collaborating with our management team to achieve business objectives
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Qualifications in fitness and wellbeing, such as REPs Level 3 or CIMSPA Practitioner level
- Experience in leading fitness and wellbeing services, including personal training and group classes
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
