Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fitness and Wellbeing Manager to join our team at Nuffield Health. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our fitness and wellbeing operations, driving business growth, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of fitness professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure they are equipped to deliver exceptional services.
- Develop and implement effective fitness and wellbeing programs, including group classes, personal training, and wellness initiatives, to meet the needs of our members and customers.
- Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to drive business growth, increase revenue, and enhance our brand reputation.
- Oversee the management of our fitness studios, swim school, and nutritional therapy services, ensuring high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze performance data and metrics to inform business decisions, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous growth and development.
- Foster strong relationships with our members, customers, and stakeholders, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and loyalty.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior management role within the fitness and wellbeing industry.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to drive revenue growth and enhance our brand reputation.
