As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the Business Manager in delivering a high-quality and effective business support service across the Directorate.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide performance support by analyzing performance data, ensuring high levels of accuracy, and eliminating discrepancies.
  • Support the Business Manager in producing analytical services and products on schedule and within agreed resources.
  • Implement Trust and Directorate risk management initiatives, including controls assurance.
  • Support project management activities and deliverables to meet deadlines and objectives.

Requirements

  • Knowledge and skills equivalent to A-Level standard.
  • Evidence of Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
  • Previous experience of working autonomously.
  • Understanding of business management frameworks.
  • Knowledge and interest in NELFT services and current issues.
