Salary Range:

The salary range for this role is approximately £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description

  • To lead and manage mental health services within NHS England.
  • To develop and implement strategies for improving patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • To collaborate with healthcare professionals and stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, nursing, public health).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership or management position within a healthcare organization.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
