Secure Mental Health Services Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate individual to fill the role of Healthcare Support Worker in our Secure Care Division. This exciting opportunity involves working in a specialist service, providing direct care and observation of Service Users under the guidance and supervision of a qualified nurse or other team member.
As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will be required to participate in the shift system in operation within the ward/team/department. You will also be expected to attend education sessions provided to support the attainment of Intermediate Apprenticeship Framework at level 2.
The division provides specialized secure mental health and learning disability services, in low, medium, and high secure settings for service users with a primary classification of mental illness, personality disorders, learning disabilities, and autism.
