Job DescriptionAs a Marketing and Campaigns Manager at Aggregate Intelligence, you will play a pivotal role in executing the tactical elements of our marketing strategy. You will bring our marketing plans to life by managing email campaigns, overseeing content creation, managing social media channels, and building impactful partnerships.
This is an opportunity to work independently with autonomy to drive campaign success and exceed marketing goals. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing marketing campaigns aligned with our business objectives.
- Ensuring consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials and platforms.
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Managing the HubSpot platform to ensure data cleanliness, accurate segmentation, and insightful reporting.
- Designing, executing, and optimizing high-performing email marketing campaigns.
- Overseeing the company's participation in industry events, ensuring a strong brand presence and seamless execution.
- Collaborating with internal teams to produce engaging content for various marketing channels.
- Managing the campaign marketing budget to maximize ROI.
A successful candidate will have:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a marketing role, preferably within the data intelligence, SaaS, or travel and hospitality industries.
- Strong expertise in HubSpot, email marketing, campaign management, and social media platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to create, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Deep understanding of B2B marketing, demand generation, and social media strategies.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
- Strong project management skills and experience overseeing multiple initiatives.
