About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to oversee departmental compliance with UKAS ISO 15189 standards and support the transition to ISO 15189: 2022. You will develop and maintain management system procedures, ensuring continuous improvements aligned with updated accreditation standards.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee departmental compliance with UKAS ISO 15189 standards and support the transition to ISO 15189: 2022.
  • Develop and maintain management system procedures, supporting continuous improvements aligned with updated accreditation standards.
  • Ensure all equipment documentation is up-to-date and maintained to acceptable standards.
  • Report, investigate, and action errors, hazards, and incidents promptly.
  • Supervise and perform complex investigations, ensuring the highest scientific standards and valid results interpretation.

We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including access to Learning & Development opportunities, flexible shifts, wellbeing resources, and paid annual leave.
