Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Learning Disability Support Worker to join our team in Swansea. As a Learning Disability Support Worker, you will provide therapeutic care and support to individuals with autistic spectrum conditions and associated complex needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Observe, monitor, and keep a record of individuals' conditions
- Treat each person with dignity, compassion, and honesty
- Help individuals progress through a care pathway to live as independently as possible
Requirements:
- At least 6 months experience of working within a social care setting
- Hold a current Enhanced DBS on the update service or are willing to obtain one
- The right to work in the UK
