About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to join our team in providing residential care to adults with learning disabilities and complex needs in the Swansea area.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Support with the delivery of care to adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.
  • Assist with everyday routines, ensuring the psychological needs of each individual are met.
  • Take patients out into the community to complete activities, promoting strong relationships and self-esteem.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience supporting adults with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour is preferred but not essential.
