We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in South Wales. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, building strong relationships with our service users and their families. You will be responsible for supporting individuals with daily living tasks, promoting their independence, and encouraging them to participate in community activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Previous experience supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs
  • Commitment to undertaking all pre-employment training
