Support Worker for Adults with Learning Disabilities

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Hays Social Care. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to adults with learning disabilities and complex needs in the Swansea area.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide person-centred care and support to individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs
Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care and medication management
Develop and maintain strong relationships with service users, their families, and other professionals
Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements:
Previous experience supporting adults with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour is preferred but not essential
Commitment to undertaking all pre-employment training
Friendly, supportive office team available 24/7 with our on-call system
