We are recruiting for a highly skilled Office Support Professional to join our client's team in Belfast on a 12-month fixed-term contract. As a key member of the administrative team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office.

Your primary responsibility will be to maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including documents related to the supply chain process. You will also provide administrative support, including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents, as well as undertaking any other reasonable tasks assigned by the Office/CX Manager.

Job Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an office administration role
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

Salary Information: We offer a competitive salary of £22,000 per annum, paid monthly, plus benefits including a comprehensive training program and opportunities for career growth and development.
