Job Summary

Morson Talent is seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Relationship Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through client acquisition and account management, with a focus on the manufacturing and industrial sector.

About the Job

The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to identify and acquire new clients, as well as cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. They will work closely with internal teams to understand client requirements and develop tailored recruitment solutions.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in business development, preferably within the recruitment or staffing industry.
  • Deep understanding of the manufacturing sector, including industry dynamics, key players and trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
