Job Title:

Experience Manager - Client Relations

We are seeking an experienced manager to oversee client relations and ensure seamless customer engagement. This full-time position offers a competitive salary and remote work opportunities.

Key Details:

  • Salary: £240 per day (equivalent to approximately £57,000 per annum)
  • Contract Length: 9-month maternity cover
  • Location: Remote (with occasional travel to Glasgow and London)
  • Working Hours: 35 hours per week (flexible, ideally across 5 days)

About the Role:

This role involves overseeing the customer relationship lifecycle, from initial contact to long-term engagement. The successful candidate will develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns, manage CRM strategies, and ensure that customers receive tailored, data-driven communications.

You will collaborate closely with the broker marketing team to drive behavioural change, leverage data analytics, and make a significant impact on customer outcomes. In addition, you will work with a live database of high-value prospects and members, ensuring their ongoing engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement.
  • Manage CRM strategies to ensure seamless customer communication.
  • Analyse customer data to inform marketing decisions and drive behaviour change.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create and implement effective marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure the ongoing engagement and retention of high-value prospects and members.

  • Proactive mindset with a drive to challenge the status quo
  • Proven ability to lead end-to-end customer engagement, with experience managing a direct report

Additional Requirements:

  • Experience in CRM, particularly with tools like Eloquent
  • A love for working with data analytics to drive behavioural change
  • No prior health-care or insurance experience required (experience in retail or similar industries is valuable)
  • Willingness to travel to Glasgow and London a few times during the contract
