Job Title: Asphalt Sales Professional

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated sales representative to cover the Birmingham and surrounding area.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

* Ensure the highest level of customer service.

* Identify customer needs and provide solutions.

* Protect and retain the existing customer base while proactively developing new sales.

* Work towards agreed performance targets for volume, margin, and profitability.

Requirements:

* Strong commercial awareness combined with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate well at all levels.

* Highly self-motivated, well-organized, and have a strong determination to succeed.

* Ability to work on your own initiative and have the ability to work as an effective member of the Asphalt team.
