Key Responsibilities:

As a Quality Engineer within the Project Delivery Organisation Quality function, you will play a vital part in the success of its goals. You will assist the Quality Leads in solving complex, challenging issues and help ensure Quality Delivery ways of working are effective in achieving right first-time delivery.

You will enjoy the opportunity to occasionally travel to project locations within the UK to achieve close collaboration with our wider project team members and other stakeholders. You will support the Quality Leads in managing daily PDO Quality QA/QC activities, including creating, reviewing, updating and reporting on PDO Quality governance, manufacturing/construction documents.

Requirements:
  • Experience of working in the Manufacturing/Construction/Engineering industry and experience of working within an ISO 9001 operating environment.
  • Ideal experience of working within a project environment.
  • Minimum educated to HNC/HND qualification level in a science/engineering based subject, or equivalent qualification.
  • IT literate with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Outlook and SharePoint.
  • Experience in QA/QC and use of reporting tools.
  • Experience of capturing and driving continuous improvement methods and tools.
  • Organised, good attention to detail, along with a structured approach to work planning and execution.
