Salary & Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of £170-£180 per night, with double-time pay on Bank Holidays. You will also receive paid travel at £13.50 and mileage reimbursement. Plus, enjoy additional perks like fully-funded qualifications, bonuses for referrals and work anniversaries, and expert training.
Job Description
As a Waking Night Care Professional, your primary role will be to provide companionship and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. You will be a reassuring presence, helping to alleviate any concerns or fears they may have. This is a rewarding role that requires empathy, patience, and a passion for delivering exceptional care.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- A driving license and access to reliable transportation
- The right to work in the UK
In addition, you should have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and be comfortable working in a variety of situations.
