Job Title: Senior Electrical Office Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Office Manager to join our team at TriConnex Limited. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our Electrical Projects Team, ensuring high levels of organisational effectiveness and good communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day duties within the Electrical department, ensuring the smooth running of all administrative processes.
  • Oversee the management of our database, updating, maintaining accurate records and making systems changes where needed.
  • Liaise with internal and external customers, ensuring information is accurately communicated, including daily communication with our Electrical Administrators.
  • Prepare documentation/reports for team meetings, Board reports and meeting with Electrical Manager.
  • Maintain a professional, client-facing approach, demonstrating excellent customer service.
  • Review and update key department processes and Risk Register.
  • Carry out Line Manager duties within the Electrical team, including completion of Performance Reviews, holiday authorisations and sickness reporting.
  • Contribute to electrical management structure and attend bi-weekly meeting.
Requirements:
  • Strong office management background with experience in streamlining business operations.
  • High levels of organisational effectiveness, good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of the importance of customer service and its impact on business performance.
  • Interest in the utilities or construction industry.
  • Strong coordination and administration skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Proactive and motivated approach, with a positive 'can-do' attitude.
  • Ability to problem-solve and escalate/investigate where required.
  • Strong IT skills of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Teams).
  • Experience in preparing reports and creating presentations.
