As a Senior Nurse Leader with Leaders In Care Recruitment Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of adult care services in South West London. We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead our team of dedicated carers and develop personalized care plans that cater to the unique needs of our clients.

Salary:

£42,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience (DOE)

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and results-driven individual to join our community care team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering tailored care plans, managing medication, and building strong relationships with clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement effective care plans that meet the specific needs of each client
  • Lead the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Conduct regular assessments and reviews to ensure high-quality care delivery
  • Develop and maintain sophisticated relationships with clients and their families
Requirements:

We are looking for a motivated and driven individual with the following qualifications and skills:

  • RGN with active NMC PIN
  • Proven leadership and management experience in healthcare
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
