Job Title: Shipping Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Shipping Operations Specialist to join our team in London.

About the Role:

This role involves overseeing the coordination and supervision of truck deliveries/collections, stock maintenance and reconciliation between in-house systems and 3rd party stores, supplier/service provider invoice processing, and executing Purchase and Sale Contracts.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate/Supervise of truck deliveries/collections
  • Stock maintenance and reconciliation between in-house systems and 3rd party stores
  • Execute Purchase and Sale Contracts

Requirements:

  • More than 5 years of experience in Logistics
  • In-depth contractual knowledge
  • Experience checking shipment documents against contracts
  • Good communication skills, high level of attention to detail
