Office Operations Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Office Operations Assistant to support our business operations and customer service functions.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of providing exceptional administrative support and possess excellent organisational and communication skills.
The role will involve managing filing systems, processing orders, and providing general administrative support to the sales team.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our luxury cake design company.
SALARY: £25,000+ per annum (dependent on experience)
LOCATION: Hatch End, Harrow, North West London (HA5) (100% Office Based)
JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage filing systems and maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Process orders and maintain accurate inventory records
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing reports and maintaining databases
- Support the development and implementation of business strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
