Lead Creative Vision for Karo Healthcare

Karo Healthcare, a pioneering force in the consumer health industry, is seeking a visionary Digital Creative Lead to spearhead our creative strategy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving innovative design solutions that elevate our brand presence and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Creative Leadership: Inspire and guide our design team to deliver high-quality, creative concepts and designs across various media.
  • Strategic Vision: Contribute to the development of creative strategies that support our company's goals and enhance our brand identity.
  • Team Leadership: Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and teamwork.
  • Quality Control: Review and approve all creative work, ensuring it meets our brand standards and client expectations.
  • Client and Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the main point of contact for creative discussions with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communications, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably within an agency or fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of managing design teams and delivering successful creative projects.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work across different media (digital, print, branding, etc.).
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
