Job Title: Digital Creative Lead

Karo Healthcare is a dynamic and growing company that empowers people to make intelligent health decisions. We're seeking a talented Digital Creative Lead to join our team in Maidenhead.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire the design team to develop high-quality, creative concepts and designs across various media.
  • Establish the overall creative direction for projects, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Provide feedback, mentorship, and support to designers, encouraging professional growth and development.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communications, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably within an agency or fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of managing design teams and delivering successful creative projects.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work across different media (digital, print, branding, etc.).
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • A strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creative excellence.
