Sales and Account Manager

About the Role
We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Sales Executive to join our successful sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing key client relationships, and supporting colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Earn Circa £40K + Bonus / Commission Scheme.
- Stock ordering and organising meetings with suppliers old and new to improve terms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers utilizing their CRM system.
- Identify sales opportunities to dealers to drive further growth of the business.
- Represent the company at national trade shows.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Area Sales Manager, Account Manager, Trade Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, Regional Sales, Field Sales within the construction industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Degree in Business Administration or related field (desirable).
