As a Specialist Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients with complex neurological conditions.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you will have the chance to develop your skills and expertise in neuro rehabilitation. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including occupational therapists, speech and language therapists, and other healthcare professionals, to provide comprehensive care to patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialist physiotherapy services to patients with complex neurological conditions
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop effective treatment plans to improve patient outcomes
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
- Supervise and appraise Band 5 colleagues, Therapy Assistants, and students
- Participate in the Band 6 Physiotherapy forum to share best practices and learn from peers
