Job Title: Senior Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic healthcare team at Willing Care. The successful candidate will have a strong background in physiotherapy, with a focus on neuro-rehab and acquired brain injury.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with a variety of neuro-rehabilitation and acquired brain injury needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support patients in achieving their rehabilitation goals.
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions and modalities to improve patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional well-being.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic support for patients and promote their independence in daily activities.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records.
  • Contribute to the professional development of junior staff and participate in team meetings and case reviews.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Experience in the UK at band 6 level or above.
  • HPCP (Health and Care Professions Council) registration.
  • Proven experience in neuro-rehabilitation and acquired brain injury is preferable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
