Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic healthcare team at Willing Care. The successful candidate will have a strong background in physiotherapy, with a focus on neuro-rehab and acquired brain injury. This role requires someone with a passion for providing high-quality patient care and the ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with a variety of neuro-rehabilitation and acquired brain injury needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support patients in achieving their rehabilitation goals
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions and modalities to improve patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional well-being
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic support for patients and promote their independence in daily activities
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records
• Contribute to the professional development of junior staff and participate in team meetings and case reviews

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
• Experience in the UK at band 6 level or above
• HPCP (Health and Care Professions Council) registration
• Proven experience in neuro-rehabilitation and acquired brain injury is preferable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
