Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech & Language Support Assistant to join our team at Ribbons and Reeves Limited. Responsibilities
  • Provide tailored support to students with ASD, ADHD, Dyslexia, and other special educational needs
  • Develop strong relationships with students, parents, and teachers to ensure a seamless educational experience
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to enhance your pedagogical skills and contribute to school-wide initiatives
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to monitor student progress and identify areas for improvement
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Psychology, Special Education)
  • Previous experience working with neurodivergent individuals in an educational setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
