About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Underwriting Specialist to join our team at AXIS Capital. As a key member of our Digital Underwriting team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our digital underwriting capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Digital Underwriting team to identify and prioritize business requirements and needs.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to define technical requirements and solutions that meet business needs.
  • Analyze data to inform requirement and solution analysis.
  • Develop and maintain detailed business cases and requirement documentation for new products and enhancements to existing products.
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, regulations, and best practices in the insurance industry.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a product owner and/or analyst in the insurance industry.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products, processes, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, flexible environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and software systems commonly used to manage programs/projects.
