About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Underwriting Specialist to join our team at AXIS Capital. As a key member of our Digital Underwriting team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our digital products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Digital Underwriting team to identify and solve complex problems, and implement enhancements to our digital products.
  • Gather and prioritize business requirements to ensure our digital products meet the evolving needs of our customers and stakeholders.
  • Liaise with IT and operational teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of digital products and services.
  • Develop and maintain detailed business cases and requirement documentation for new products and enhancements to existing products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer experience.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a product owner and/or analyst in the insurance industry.
  • Strong understanding of insurance products, processes, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and drive requirement and solution analysis.
  • Experience working with IT teams to define technical requirements and solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with insurance industry systems and software.
  • Strong knowledge of business processes and business needs.
