Job Title: Lettings Client Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Lettings Client Manager to join our team at Bridges Estate Agents. As a key member of our lettings department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients, while also driving business growth and increasing our market share.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Source and secure new business opportunities, identifying potential clients and developing strategies to win their business.
  • Work closely with our sales and lettings teams to maximize our opportunities and deliver exceptional results.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of client interactions, including viewing appointments and offers.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including ARLA guidelines.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our lettings strategy, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting solutions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in lettings, with a strong understanding of the industry and its challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • ARLA qualifications or equivalent experience.
