Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lettings Client Manager to join our team at Bridges Estate Agents. As a key member of our lettings department, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective business strategies to increase our market share and client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, and other stakeholders to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct viewings and negotiate lettings agreements to achieve maximum rental income for our clients.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of client properties, including property details, rental income, and maintenance schedules.
  • Work closely with our residential sales and land and new homes departments to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling services to our clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding promptly to their queries and concerns.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure our clients receive the highest level of service.
  • Collaborate with our team to achieve business objectives and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in lettings or a related field, with a strong track record of business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to analyze data to inform business decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • ARLA qualifications or equivalent experience.
