  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, and investors to drive business growth and retention.
  • Conduct viewings and negotiate lettings agreements to ensure seamless transactions and high client satisfaction.
  • Work closely with our Residential Sales and Land and New Homes departments to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that clients receive a high level of support and guidance throughout the letting process.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform business development strategies and optimize results.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives, including hitting targets and exceeding client expectations.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in lettings or a related field, with a strong understanding of the local market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meet changing business needs.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with a focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.
  • ARLA qualifications or equivalent experience, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
