**Location:** Lowca Community School, Cumbria
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Teaching and Learning Facilitator. In this role, you will support the teacher in delivering high-quality education, promoting student engagement and motivation, and contributing to the development of effective lesson plans.
The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, be able to work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff, and have a deep understanding of child development and educational psychology. You will be responsible for developing and implementing learning materials, facilitating workshops and training sessions, and providing guidance to colleagues.
**Key Responsibilities:**

**Requirements:**
- Maths and English GCSE at grades A-C/4-9
- Leadership and communication skills
