About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to fill this part-time position. The role comprises a mix of financial and general administrative tasks, reporting to the Financial Director and Managing Directors.

Duties Include:

  • Providing key functions within the team to include cash flow management
  • Producing & monitoring various costings
  • Scheduling and processing payments
  • Producing management accounts on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Undertaking general administrative duties such as submitting Returns for the Financial Conduct Authority, Information Commissioners Office and maintaining compliance with all Licenses for the Business

Requirements:

  • Experience of using software applications such as Sage Accounts and Microsoft Office365
  • Ability to produce and validate Profit & Loss reports & Balance Sheets
  • Strong Excel skills and confidence in exporting data from other software applications
  • AAT Level 3 would be beneficial

Working Pattern: Part-time, 21 - 24 hours a week, by agreement

Location: China Street, Lancaster

Contract: Permanent

Salary: £23,088 - £24,685 per annum
