About the Role:
As our Chief Financial Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial direction of our company. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will be responsible for overseeing accounting operations, producing financial reports, and implementing financial controls.
About the Job:
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in finance leadership roles, with expertise in financial reporting, audits, and tax compliance. You will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to lead and manage finance teams effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the finance systems, processes, and procedures, ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and relevance of financial information.
- In conjunction with the CFO, prepare comprehensive financial reports and analysis for the Board.
- Assist the CFO in preparing annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
- Manage the annual audit and statutory reports, including annual returns.
- Ensure effective internal audits and adherence to financial controls.
About the Person:
We are seeking an accomplished professional with a background in finance leadership, holding qualifications such as ACCA or ACA. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in financial reporting, audits, and tax compliance, as well as demonstrable leadership experience and ability to manage finance teams.
