We are looking for a commercial director to lead our Marketplace Division in the UK & Nordics region. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen, who can inspire and motivate commercial teams to drive profits and growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute commercial strategy to achieve profit and growth targets, leveraging business development, paid marketing, operations, account success, and customer service teams.
  • Manage day-to-day results and ensure future scalability of the business, maintaining a strong understanding of financial metrics and performance indicators.
Requirements:
  • A proven track record in performance marketing within a digital lead generation agency or marketplace, with experience managing sales teams in a digital / performance environment.
  • P&L exposure and budgeting/forecasting experience, preferably with international experience in energy and home improvements sectors.
Salary Information:

The estimated salary for this position is £120,000 - £140,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
