Teaching Support Role

We are seeking an Inclusive Learning Assistant to join our team in Tottenham, Haringey. As a Special Needs Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside an experienced SENDCo and contribute to creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with teachers and staff to implement strategies that cater to individual learning needs.

  • Provide one-to-one support for a young child in KS1 with autism during the mornings.

What You Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A BSc degree from a top UK university, ideally in Psychology.
  • A proactive and empathetic approach to working with children with special educational needs.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
