About the Position:

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Learning Support Professional to join our dedicated team of educators. This role presents an excellent opportunity to leverage your expertise in SEN support and make a meaningful difference in the lives of students.

Responsibilities:
  • To offer one-to-one and group support to students with specific SEN requirements, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, and SEMH needs.
  • To participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of tailored learning strategies and interventions.
  • To maintain accurate records of student progress, identifying areas of strength and areas for improvement.
  • To communicate effectively with parents and carers, ensuring seamless transitions and a unified approach to student support.
