Job Title: Educational Support Professional
Location: London, England
Salary: £90-£110 per day (dependent on experience)

GSL Education is seeking a dedicated and empathetic educational support professional to join a special school in London. This is an exciting opportunity to provide one-to-one and group support to students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide tailored support to students with SEMH and moderate learning needs.
• Assist in managing and supporting students with behavioural challenges.
• Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement individualized learning strategies.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for all students.

Requirements:
• Previous experience working with students with SEMH needs is desirable.
• Strong communication skills, patience, and a supportive approach to working with children.
• Ability to manage challenging behaviours while maintaining a positive and encouraging atmosphere.
• A strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
