Remedy Recruitment Group is currently seeking an experienced and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team in a dynamic school community in Tottenham.

We are looking for a proactive and adaptable individual who can provide tailored academic and social support to students with additional needs, including autism, ADHD, sensory impairments, and physical disabilities. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the SENCO, teaching staff, and therapists to implement individualized education and healthcare plans.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with children with SEN and/or medical needs in an educational setting and possess a Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent). Relevant training in first aid or medical assistance is also desirable.

As a SEN Teaching Assistant with Remedy Recruitment Group, you will receive ongoing professional development and training, including support for medical needs. You will be offered a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as benefits and the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of young people in a vibrant and supportive school community.
