Role Overview

This role plays a crucial part in the learning experience of deaf pupils. As an Inclusive Learning Facilitator, you will provide communication and learning support, ensuring effective lesson delivery in accordance with each pupil's EHCP.

Duties:
  1. Support deaf pupils during lessons, group activities, and school events.
  2. Offer tailored communication support, adjusting methods to meet pupil needs and lesson objectives.
  3. Work collaboratively with teachers to plan and deliver lessons.
  4. Ensure student safety and engagement during supervised activities.
  5. Contribute to pupil progress planning, recording, and reporting.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • English & Maths GCSE: C or above
  • BSL Level 3 Qualification or above
  • Experience working with children, preferably in education
Salary and Benefits:

This position comes with a competitive salary of £28,500 - £34,660 per year and benefits including company pension and employee discount.
