Psychotherapist Role for Spring Health

As a Part-Time Therapist for Spring Health, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality mental health services to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:
**Key Responsibilities**
- Providing individual and group therapy sessions to adults, children, adolescents, couples, or families.
- Developing and maintaining accurate treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
- Communicating effectively with our clinical care navigation team to ensure seamless care coordination.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
- Degree in Psychology or a related field.
- Unrestricted license to practice counseling in the UK (as a Psychologist, Psychotherapist, Clinical Psychologist, etc.).
- Minimum 3 years of post-graduate experience as a licensed therapist.
