Role Overview:
As a Clinical Assessor with Donard Recruitment, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive assessments for the Government's disability allowance (PIP). Your role will involve delivering face-to-face and virtual assessments, telephone assessments, initial review calls, and paper-based reports. This is an exciting opportunity for qualified Nurses, Mental Health Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, or Paramedics to further their career in a hybrid working environment.

About the Role:
In this role, you will have the autonomy to manage cases from end to end, assessing a wide range of health conditions and disabilities affecting claimants. You will work on a variety of cases, including physical, sensory, mental, intellectual, and cognitive impairments. Our team provides a supportive environment, with time allocated for breaks, continuing professional development, audit amendments, requesting and reviewing further evidence, and team meetings.

What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary of £38,500 - £41,500* per annum, plus a 5% retention bonus, rising to 10% quality and retention bonus*. Additionally, you will receive full-time and part-time working hours options, training opportunities, 25 days holiday per annum (rising to 27 days with service), a company laptop and mobile phone, access to our Health & Wellbeing programme and Headspace mobile app, annual charity day, employee network groups, company-matched pension, life assurance, and 15 weeks paid maternity leave.*OTE and Bonus scheme attainable once additional training is complete.
