Clinical Assessment Specialist

As a Clinical Assessment Specialist with Donard Recruitment, you will have the opportunity to utilize your clinical expertise to make a positive impact on individuals' lives. This role involves delivering comprehensive assessments for the government's disability allowance (PIP), ensuring a personalized and empathetic service.
About the Role
Salary: £38,500 - £41,500 per annum*
*OTE: £45,650*
As a multi-skilled Functional Specialist, you will manage caseloads from end to end, including face-to-face and virtual assessments, telephone calls, and paper-based reports. You will assess various health conditions and disabilities, providing unbiased and inclusive services. With time built into your schedule for breaks, CPD, and team meetings, this role offers greater job variety and autonomy.
Your Skills and Qualifications
A qualified Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, or Paramedic with 1+ years of post-qualification experience is required. You must also hold valid registration on NMC or HCPC without restrictions. Excellent communication skills and strong IT literacy are essential for success in this role.
